Our latest extension and renovation in North Berwick is a coastal sanctuary. With beautiful views out to sea and a cosy space to watch the world go by, it’s a place to create family memories. Meanwhile, the bathroom has been transformed. A freestanding bathtub provides the perfect spot for unwinding, while the walk-in shower and rainfall showerhead make the space even more special. High-end fittings, modern tiling, and a well-planned layout enhance the room’s feel.

Outside, the patio area has been designed to extend the living space, providing the ideal setting for outdoor gatherings. Orocco created a durable and stylish patio that seamlessly integrates into the home. The beautiful landscaping and ambient lighting offer a welcoming outdoor space to spend summer evenings.

We love the beautiful glazing throughout the project to maximise natural light and improve energy efficiency. The use of large, high-performance windows enhances the home’s aesthetic and ensures a bright and airy atmosphere.
