We are excited to showcase our latest project, an extension and renovation in Dalkeith. This project involved renovating several key areas of the home, transforming each space with a blend of elegance, functionality, and modern style.

The kitchen is the heart of the home. It has been reimagined to maximise light and space. The social hub blends perfectly into the dining space, with views out onto the garden. One of the beautiful features of the space is bespoke shelving and a reading nook. Meticulously crafted, the reading nook offers the perfect space to showcase favourite novels, and integrated seating provides a cosy space for reading and relaxing.

For the house exterior, we’ve used high-quality cladding from Russwood, which not only enhances the look but also gives a natural and contemporary feel. Mark Smith Glazing supplied and installed the glazing throughout the project. The crittal and bi-fold doors are designed to maximize natural light, and a Velux window further floods the home with sunlight. These high-performance windows and doors ensure thermal efficiency and security and perfectly complement the renovation’s modern aesthetic.
